Former principal dancers, striving to cultivate a nurturing environment for anyone who wants to dance!
Lindsi Dec and Karel Cruz are former professional Principal ballet dancers with Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle, WA.
With over 40 years of combined experience, they have danced versatile styles throughout their careers, performing nationally and internationally, working with renowned stagers and choreographers from all over the world. Their extensive and reputable dance background also consists of over 40 years of combined teaching experience at numerous summer courses, their own private summer/winter workshops, co-teaching master classes and private coaching. All of which has guided them to create a successful pre-professional ballet curriculum.
OUR MISSION
To share our passion for dance with every dancer that wants to learn; allowing them to feel free to express themselves in a positive environment, building both physical and mental strength.
A huge part of our Professional Training Division aside from the physical training involves mentoring our aspiring professional dancers so that they thrive in this competitive industry. At DeCruz we excel in preparing students for the professional world with our first-hand experience and connections in the field.
