Sometimes we can feel like we are stuck doing something in a way that just isn’t working for us, but because it has become a habit or pattern over time it feels impossible to change. It can be scary to make changes that are different from how we’re used to doing something or to even completely change course, but this doesn’t have to be a big scary shift.

It’s easy to get stuck in patterns that aren’t truly serving us, but often we feel we should continue because that way of doing something is what we’re familiar with and changing after so long feels like a lot of work. But it’s never too late to decide you want to do something differently in the way that best serves you, even if you’ve spent a lot of time traveling on that path.

When your trajectory starts to feel like it’s heading in a different direction from where you actually want to be, it can be incredibly liberating to make a change by setting out in a new direction that feels right. Altering how you approach something by changing your trajectory never means you are taking the “easy way” out, instead it is incredibly brave to make a change by staying true to yourself.

Have a wonderful week!
