Wanting to accomplish something is easy, but actually beginning that journey is often the hardest part. When you are at the outset of something new but haven’t quite begun, the reasons to not get started have lots of time to pile up. The longer you wait, the more doubts accumulate power to cause hesitation and procrastination. There will always be unknowns, because new things can be daunting. If something is holding you back from getting started, try making a list of all the things you could gain and learn from this new experience. By focusing on what you can gain from getting started instead of staying put, you can often find that extra push and the motivation you need to act on those goals!

Have a wonderful week!
